Whyvane is a browser extension that records every request a page makes — with your real login session — then turns browser error codes into one clear verdict, the party responsible, and three prioritized next steps. All analysis runs on your device.

Three steps, no configuration, no account.
Click the extension. It starts recording requests for that tab only — nothing else.
Every request is captured with your real session, including the ones the Network panel hides behind a filter.
One conclusion, the responsible party (our server / third-party / visitor's environment), and three concrete next actions.
The failures support teams escalate most often — turned into plain language.
The shell is served from CDN cache while the backend is actually down.
Expired, hostname mismatch or untrusted — which one it is, and who must renew it.
Judged inside your real session, so a missing token is never reported as an outage.
All first-party requests green while a payment SDK fails? It names the vendor domain.
Cross-origin failures, HTTP assets on an HTTPS page, requests killed by other extensions.
Separates a genuine failure from a 4-second third-party script nobody noticed.
Your customer installs nothing — no signup, no extension on their side.
Every verdict is labeled our server / third-party / visitor's environment, with a customer-ready message you can paste straight into the ticket.
Each report ends with one bounded question engineering can answer, instead of “please investigate”.
A customer sent a DevTools export? Drop it in and get the same verdict offline.
No HAR yet? One click copies a three-step instruction, privacy boundary included, that you can send to the customer.
The free tier is a complete diagnostic tool. Pro is for people who have to hand the evidence to someone else.

Pro — subscription · 7-day free trial · the current price is shown on the Creem checkout page before you pay.
While you browse, the extension passively records metadata of network requests made by the current tab only, through the official chrome.webRequest API: URL, method, resource type, HTTP status or browser error code, duration, cache status and destination IP. We do not read or record page content, form input, cookie values, passwords or general browsing history.
Creem acts as Merchant of Record for payments, invoices, refunds and subscription management; we never receive card details. Our own license service receives the license key and a random installation ID at activation and on periodic verification — never any browsing data. Apart from license verification there is no code path that sends diagnostic data anywhere.
Pause or clear recording at any time from the popup, deactivate the license to remove the key and free its activation slot, and uninstalling removes all local data. Reports are generated only when you ask for them and are saved to your own computer.
